We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on growth leader to build our Singapore and South East Asia regional business through a combination of reseller/channel development and direct new-logo acquisition. This is a hybrid builder + closer role: you will recruit and activate partners, evangelise our value proposition in-market, and personally win lighthouse customers in priority verticals.
This role is ideal for someone who has succeeded in B2B SaaS / enterprise software, is comfortable working through partner ecosystems, and has also personally carried and closed quota. Strong fit would include experience selling collaboration, workflow, digital experience, infrastructure or security solutions into SMB and various vertical organizations, articulate value to C-level stakeholders, and work with partner ecosystems.
What you will do
- Build and execute the Singapore and regional go-to-market plan for reseller-led and direct growth.
- Identify, recruit, enable, and activate high-potential resellers, service providers, and solution partners.
- Work directly with partners on discovery, positioning, demo support, pipeline development, and closing priority opportunities
- Personally prospect and close early adopters in target segments
- Evangelise the solution through direct outreach, partner events, associations, ecosystem networking, and field activity.
- Build pipeline from scratch in a structured, repeatable way across both direct and partner-led routes.
- Create local proof points, customer references, and lighthouse wins to support broader expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, reseller plans, and CRM hygiene.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and leadership to sharpen messaging and accelerate conversions
What we’re looking for
- 7–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Proven success in new business / hunting, especially in greenfield or underpenetrated markets.
- Demonstrated experience managing or enabling partners / resellers / distributors, while still being commercially hands-on
- Ability to sell to both business and operational/IT stakeholders, and to engage confidently with CEOs, founders, and functional/IT decision-makers.
- Experience with consultative, value-led selling rather than feature-led product pitching.
- Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene
- Prior experience in companies with a partner ecosystem and partner-led business models.
- Experience building a new territory, segment, or first-wave customer base from scratch.
- What good looks like in the first 12 months
- 2–4 productive reseller / partner relationships activated. Partner-led SaaS growth models, repeatable plans, and joint selling, not passive registration.
- First 10–20 direct or partner-assisted customer wins in priority segments.
- Repeatable messaging and use cases validated in Singapore.
- Clear partner playbook and pipeline rhythm established
If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat. What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with, and also to enjoy:
- Comprehensive Medical Insurance covering employees and eligible dependents, including outpatient care and cashless GP visits
- Life & Protection Coverage including Term Life, Total Permanent Disability (TPD), Personal Accident, and Dread Disease insurance
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible health-related expenses not covered under insurance
- Generous Time Off & Leaves including:
- 20 days annual leave, 12 company holidays, 14 days sick leave
- Additional leaves such as compassionate, childcare, marriage, and birthday leave
- Maternity (up to 16 weeks) and paternity leave (2 weeks)
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providing confidential support for personal and work-life balance needs
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) enabling employees to invest in company shares with defined enrolment cycles
- Transport & Mobility Benefits including commute allowance for eligible roles, mileage reimbursement, and taxi claims for business travel
- Parking Benefits for eligible employees and reimbursement for customer site visits
- Learning & Development via Progress Learning Hub with access to curated courses and skill-building opportunities
- Recognition & Rewards through internal programmes such as Praise for peer recognition and milestone celebrations
- Wellness Initiatives including periodic health and wellbeing events
- Retirement Benefits through statutory Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions
